i'm feeling lethargic and grouchy..maybe it's pw..maybe its just pms..its weird why i'm not feeling excited that j1 is officially over..neither am i looking forward to the hols..*shrugs*
been reading a few books recently..read CS Lewis' "mere Christianity" ...very interesting the way he writes and structures his argument..think i'll read it again during the hols..
taking some time with "shadow of the almighty" by elisabeth elliot..jim elliot is inspiring..he's really one man who REALLY surrenders his plans and desires to God..and 2 thing that really really struck me was that of elliot's
1)passion:how cool he was in college for God..how he was NOT ashamed of the Gospel..
2)calling:how he sought God so earnestly..i think it's time i start seeking..hols might be a good time..
OP's coming and I&R will be due one day after..pw's been long and draggy..and we've been having alot of meetings recently..but i think my grp's cool..i kinda like working with them..hhahahaa..except when teo decides to be mean by
1)refusing to thank me when he takes over from me for the speech thingy
2)calls me oink when i eat his chocolates but doesnt call jenny that!!
3)blackmails me by refusing to do pw unless i put "teo rocks" on my msn nick
4)laughing/mocking me when i am lousy at ppt.
other than those and a certain unidentified person...i <3>
